Results, sources, failures, approvals, and rollbacks are saved by project.
No business results yet
There is no mission planned yet. Please start by filling out the business goals, landing page, and text assignment templates.
Data use boundary
Screen sharing, operation videos, and web page execution logs may include account numbers, email addresses, customer information, internal pages, form content, and business data. Users should only upload or share authorized content; the system should mark suspected passwords, verification codes and personal sensitive information and prohibit them from being used for process execution before manual confirmation. Current 10 role review supplements: Screen sharing, operation videos, web execution logs, playbacks, exports, and delivery packages may contain sensitive information and must be minimized for collection and desensitized display by default. ; It is prohibited to submit clear text passwords, tokens, cookies, verification codes or keys in task descriptions, privacy notes, instructional videos or credential policy fields; if detected, they must be masked and blocked from entering the executable process. ; Source video deletion, screenshot/event reference deletion, step summary deletion, approval record retention, delivery package retention and export report retention must be explained separately, and users must not be misunderstood that deleting source files is equivalent to completely deleting all audit materials. ; Sensitive information must be confirmed twice before exporting, and export audit events must be recorded. ;Playback and file access must be protected by workspace/permission isolation, and cross-project or cross-workspace data cannot be exposed via URLs.
Data retention
Project configurations, task plans, process versions, execution logs, and delivery packages are saved according to the workspace retention policy; they are retained in a deletable archive after 90 days by default. Users can delete the teaching session source files, but the step summary, approval records, and failure reasons retained for auditing will continue to be saved according to compliance policies.
Human responsibility and rollback
This product is used to assist in creating, learning and running web business processes. System output may fail due to changes in web page structure, login status, verification code, demonstration noise, or model misjudgment; all steps involving email sending, external form submission, credential use, sensitive information processing, or steps that may affect the status of external systems must be approved and taken over by authorized personnel.
Rollback only means restoring the task schedule, process version, running status, delivery package mark and audit workflow in this site to the previous version or state; since the product does not connect to external production systems by default, rollback does not mean undoing changes that have occurred in external websites, mailboxes or third-party systems.
